
Young World Educare NPO Young World Educare is a Non-profit Organization registered with Department Social Development (DSD) -NPO Reg Nr: 015-909. Since 2001Young World Educare has been campaigning for the rights of vulnerable groups of people. Our efforts include creating public awareness around socio-economic issues adversely affecting almost all communities. The YOUNG WORLD team is made of up individuals who are truly passionate about ALL people. Since 2010 we focused on people with mental illness, incl. personality and mood disorders- more often these sufferers come from a childhood background of abuse, neglect and sexual exploitation. Poverty and mental illness are linked, but not everyone one with a mental illness is poor.
YOUNG WORLD EDU-CARE has been approved as a Public benefit Organization since 2002 in terms of Section 2 of The Income Tax Act. Receipts and accruals are exempt from income tax in terms of section 10 (1)(cN) of the Act. Donations by or to the organization are exempt from donation tax in terms of section 56(1)(h) of the Act.
Estate bequests in favor of the Organization are exempt of payment of estate duty in terms of Section 4(h) of the Estate duty Act 45 of 1955.

Our mission is to provide safe nurturing environments for vulnerable mothers, children, adolescents, adults with mental or physical disabilities and the elderly, while creating opportunities for growth, dignity, and self-reliance. Our mission is to restore hope by providing compassionate care, safe shelter, life-skills development, vocational opportunities, and pathways toward independence. Through our work, we not only care for society's most vulnerable members but also empower volunteers and community members with the training, confidence, and practical experience needed to build brighter futures for themselves and those they serve. Through compassionate care, safe accommodation, life-skills development, and community partnerships, we restore dignity, create opportunities, and inspire hope for a brighter future.
